To fetch data from a form and use it in another form, a relationship has to be established between the two forms, using Lookup fields.I want to be able to scan in a barcode number and then automatically populate the remaining form fields with the data record from the external database. I want to auto populate the fields e.g. first name, last name, dob, primary key, address, Search the web to find sample Access databases and study them. I need the form fields to populate with data from database table named "users". But unfortunately, they're not populated when the page (modify-user.php) what I want is when user input in field1, the field1, field2 and field3 value will be auto fill from database table.
